DiEd & Gone to Drink Beer

Gosport Winterfest XV - Friday 23rd February 2007.......

........we went, we drank beer, things went fuzzy!

What a fantastic festival!  Two main rooms, one with band, one without (the Quiet Room!)

We won things from the tombola we didnt really want - which has become a festival tradition.

We tried but failed to win play your cards right (and the poor guy running it put up with our very poor Bruce Forsyth impressions!)

We failed the table skittles test.

But all for a good cause!

We drank many many fine beers, some ciders and perry's and some belgian beauties.

More to follow when we remember what they were.

Double Stout - 4.8% - Wahay!

English Pale Ale - 4.5.% - Verwy nicshe
Espresso Stout - 4.2% - blardy lubly - your my best maet you are

Highgate
Highgate Dark Mild - 3.4% - lubly jubly

Sarah Hughes
Dark Ruby Mild - 6.0% - corned beef and pickle rolls  for ever!!!

Chucklehead
Sweet Cider - 7.0% - possibly a mistake - who cares!

Minchews
Perry - 8.0% - Definitely a mishtake - what ho!

Pilaarbuter Blond
7.2% - well at this point it seemed like a good idea!
