Don't drink fizzy chemical waste.  Cask conditioned beer
is English, be proud of it!

We love the Hampshire Brewery - these good people know their beer.
Support them: buy either directly from the brewery in Romsey, or
from one of our local farmers markets.   They kindly provided much beer
for our wedding!
However we are always looking for new quality ales and we stumbled on a local brewery
with some fantastic beers.  Situated in sunny Gosport, mere hours (during the peak time -
Gosport continuous traffic jam - minutes otherwise) from Portchester.
The Oakleaf Brewery.  Quality Ale - The Cormorant in Portchester are stocking
one of their ales - drink it and support your local brewery!

We are attending Gosport Winter Beerfest!  Friday 23rd February - Saturday 24th February 2007.

Portchester has it's very own festival in March, and St Mary's has a fine looking May Day
Fete (with a fantastic looking beer tent!) on May Bank Holiday.  Details at this fine and
